Two days later. Visible in four search services.

On the morning of 10 October 2026, Mario visited several search services using site:mario-obst.fyi. Two calendar days after the experiment began, several pages are already visible on Ecosia, Google, Startpage and Swisscows. No exact time was recorded for this observation.

The screenshots show more than the homepage. Ecosia and Startpage each display six results: the German and English homepages, both galleries and both field-notes indexes. Google displays these six pages plus the German note about the Claude review. The Swisscows capture shows one result for the English homepage with its anonymous preview open.

The snippets also differ. Google describes the German gallery with “Five photographs and a short film”. Ecosia and Startpage instead use the passage about Mario’s supplied selection and capture details that have not yet been added. The visible Swisscows snippet comes from our earlier account of registering the site with search engines. Its word “Today” belongs to that quoted content; it does not establish a new event on the observation date.

The anonymous Swisscows preview displays our homepage. Below it is a green checkmark labelled “Überprüft!” (“Checked!”). Mario reports that the preview also checks trackers and sees the result as a positive signal for our approach without visitor tracking. The screenshot itself does not specify the scope of the check or explicitly report on cookies. We therefore document the visible label without treating it as comprehensive proof that the site is cookie-free.

The counts refer only to results visible in these four screenshots, not to the full contents of a search index. The captures document visibility when Mario ran the query; they do not establish the precise time of first indexing or the cause of the rapid appearance. Nor does this observation test whether the four services use independent search indexes.

Next, we intend to repeat the same query and compare which individual notes appear, which language versions are shown, and how titles and snippets change. This will turn an encouraging first impression into a traceable series of observations.
